Dick Keating

Visitation for Dick Keating, 81, of Charter Oak, will take place 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at the Huebner Funeral Home in Denison with a prayer service at 7 p.m. 

He passed away July 17 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Survivors include one son, Rick Keating, Jr. and his wife, Marla, of Charter Oak; one daughter, Missy and her husband, Keith Crawford, of Denison; six grandchildren; a brother, David Keating and his wife, Diann, of Nebraska; and other relatives and friends. 

Services are entrusted to the Huebner Funeral Home.

Albert Whiting Jr.

A celebration of life for Albert Whiteing Jr., 72, of Denison, was at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, at the Huebner Funeral Home in Denison with a luncheon to follow at Nelson’s Park. 

He passed away Friday, July 19, at CHI Mercy in Council Bluffs.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Blunk; children, Devlun (Jean) Whiteing, Joshua Whiteing, Jeffery (Mackenzie) Blunk, Alex (Emily) Whiteing, Melissa Samaniego, and Elizabeth Baker; former wife, Cynthia Volkman; brothers, Charles (Shelly) Whiteing and William Whiteing; sister, Kathleen Fitzgerald; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends. 

Services were entrusted to the Huebner Funeral Home.
