Sounds of the fall

The Denison High School vocal music groups, under the direction of Kandy Thompson, present a fall concert on Monday night in the high school’s Fine Arts Center. Pictured, J.P. Matano accompanies the concert choir on percussion for the song, "Bringers of Noise.” The keyboard accompanist for the vocal groups is Sabrina Cogdill.
Featured in Monday night’s concert were two songs performed by the Denison High School students who are going to audition for Iowa All-State this Saturday. The students are (not in order pictured) Shelby Kastner, Azucena Bortolon, Violet Christensen, Gracie Schillerberg, Taryn Oxendale, Oscar Carona, Cody Schulte, Roman Bygness, Charlye Cervantes, Gavin Schmadeke, John Parr, Adonay Arellano and Ethan Olsen.
