Fall Festival

Even though the day was cool and wet, a big crowd showed up on Saturday for the Fall Festival at the Neal Moeller Environmental Education Center at Yellow Smoke Park. The event featured lots of games and activities for kids and adults.

The Denison Volunteer Fire Department and the Denison Police Department squared off in the Wendl’s Weapons/KDSN Boots vs. Badges Corn Hole Contest. The fire department won the event, which raised $510 for a new playground at Washington Park.
