In her senior year, Schulz had a record of 18-5 in singles play.

“Kiana played really well against the #2 seed and the score was a lot closer than what is shown,” said Monarch Head Coach Spencer Pauly.

“In her second match, Kiana’s hits and serves were too powerful for her opponent and she was able to win dominantly,” Pauley said. “In her last match she played Merced Ramirez, who won the Hawkeye 10 title.”

“Kiana played really touch in every match, and I was proud of how she represented Monarch tennis this weekend,” Pauley continued. “Kiana had a terrific tennis career the last four years, and she will go down in the books holding many records.”
