Thiago and Ilaix Menedez wait to taste the steak on a stick that their father, Wilson, is holding. Steak on a stick, steak sandwiches and hamburgers were grilled and sold by the Crawford County Cattlemen’s Association members in recognition of May Beef Month. Proceeds from their cookout will go towards a new handicapped accessible restroom and scale room south of the show ring at the fairgrounds.

 

Members of the Crawford County Cattlemen’s Association had the duty to sizzle steaks and hamburgers.
