Mass of Christian Burial for Jim Zimmerman, 87, of Manilla, was at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, at Sacred Heart Church in Manilla with interment at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Irwin.

Rosary was at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, at Sacred Heart Church in Manilla.

He passed away Friday, June 28, at his home.

Survivors include his daughter, Vickie Hanson, of Spencer; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Dewey (Sharon) Zimmerman, of Allentown, New Jersey, JoAnn (James) Martens, of Manning, Jerry (Sue) Zimmerman, of Dixon, Tennessee, Delbert Zimmerman, of Summerville, South Carolina, Thelma (Vern) Kenkel, of Denison, and Anita (Leonard) Hansen, of Exira; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Services were entrusted to the Huebner Funeral Home.

Clyde Terlisner

A funeral service with military rites for Clyde Terlisner, 56, of Manilla, will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Denison.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday, July 5, at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Denison.

He passed away on Saturday, June 29.

He is remembered and loved by his wife, Christina, their children, and eight grandchildren; and many siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family requests attendees of the visitation and funeral service wear Iowa Hawkeye or Dallas Cowboy apparel.
